Register

Members: Please login to your Adath Shalom ShulCloud account first before reigistering, donating and paying for this event. See the top right of the Adath Shalom website and click on the box to login.

Non-members: In order to register, donate and pay for this event you will be asked to create an account and a password. (unless you have already set one up in the past.Then you would just login on the top right of the Adath Shalom screen) 

After you complete the form you will have the following options after you hit submit the register, donate and pay button:

1. Bill to my account: This option registers you for the event and puts all the fees and donations you agreed to on your account. Then you are able to pay by mailing a check to Adath Shalom. Payments are due to the office within 7 days of registering and no later than May 18th.

2. New Adath Shalom General: This option allows you to charge the fees and donations to a credit card. If you have one on file you can pick the charge card you see or you may put a different card number in.

Please make a dedication in support of one or all of our amazing honorees. Your dedication will appear on a multimedia loop at the event. Your dedications can include one of the following:

- A personal message
- Logo and a personal message
- A business ad or image
- Pool your donations with others to get a larger digital dedication on the multimedia loop at the event

DIGITAL JOURNAL OPTIONS 

- $36, $54, $72 your name/s will appear on the multimedia ad journal loop at the event with other name/s

- Donate anything you want - your name/s will appear on the multimedia loop at the event 

- $118 donation for 1/6 page - comes with a message on the digital multimedia loop at the event

The following you will have the option of POOLING your donations with others to share in the following options. 
- $360 donation for a 1/4 page ad - comes with a message and or image on the digital multimedia loop at the event

- $720 donation for a 1/2 page ad - comes with a message and or image on the multimedia loop at the event

- $1,800 donation for a full page ad - comes with a message and or image on the digital multimedia loop at the event

All images need to be emailed to:

All images need to be high resolution
File formats accepted: JPEG or PDF

Do you or your spouse's employer have a matching donation program?
Please provide them with Adath Shalom's tax ID number 22-2931653 when you fill out their required form to match your donation.
