Club 345 is a youth group at Adath Shalom aimed at giving third, fourth and fifth graders the opportunity to connect with others their age in a fun and social environment. Club 345 is a great way to introduce your children to the benefits of being apart of an organization. We hope that the youth at our synagogue feel a sense of community and continue affiliating with Jewish centered organizations.

USY is the official youth organization of the Conservative Movement and is sponsored by the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. USY encourages teens in high school to learn about and live within the framework of Conservative Judaism. USY seeks to involve youth in synagogue life and help build the Jewish community of the future. USY begins on the chapter level where teens create fun and exciting events for their chapters. The next level is the regional level. The regions have a variety of activities to bring together members and leaders from the chapters including dances and conventions. The third level is the international level. The programs coordinated on the international level include USY on Wheels, Israel Pilgrimage, Nativ, Tikkun Olam, Chalutzim, 613 Mitzvah Club, Abraham Joshua Heschel Honor Society, and the Program Bank.
